Transportation & Accommodations

Is there parking available near Worthington Park Manor?

Yes, the venue itself has 60 parking spots available, including 5 ADA accessible spots. Carpooling is encouraged when possible, but it's not expected for guests to exceed the parking lot's capacity.

Will the wedding ceremony and reception be outdoors or indoors?

The manor onsite cannot accommodate a wedding of this size, so the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. We plan to have tents during the reception independent of weather. As we get closer to the date, we will make appropriate accommodations and provide additional information to guests as necessary concerning the expected forecast.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?

Unfortunately, given the rural location of Worthington Park Manor, there are no hotels in the area with availability that could accommodate our event size. However, Pavel and Tatum provided a list of nearby accommodations on the "What To Expect" page, including a nearby campground for those interested in camping.

Dress Code

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Wedding guests are welcome to wear any color except all black or red, which is reserved for the wedding party and the betrothed. Additional details concerning the dress code can be found on the "What to Expect" page.

Plus Ones & Children

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Given budget constraints, Pavel and Tatum cannot extend plus ones to all wedding guests. You may send a request for a plus one by emailing pavel.and.tatum.wedding@gmail.com. In the email, please include your name and who you would like to bring as a plus one. Pavel and Tatum will try to accommodate plus one requests, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Yes, all wedding guests are welcome to bring their children and to include any children in the party total on the RSVP form.

When bringing children, please keep in mind that the wedding ceremony starts at 6 p.m. and the reception dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. Additionally, its the policy of Worthington Park Manor that all children are supervised during the event, especially around the onsite pond.

Food & Alcohol

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

After the ceremony, appetizers will be available at the cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner, and later on, dessert.

Pavel and Tatum will work with their caterer to provide options to accommodate the dietary needs of guests. When filling out the RSVP card, please indicate in the corresponding field any dietary needs.

Will alcohol be served at your wedding?

Yes, a licensed bartender will serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, excluding liquor. Supplies will be plentiful yet limited.

Gifts

Where should we bring/send our wedding gifts?

Your presence at the wedding is present enough! If you would like to honor Pavel and Tatum with a gift, you may choose to drop it off at the manor upon arrival or deliver it to their home at 640 N Trafton St. Apt. 205 Tacoma, WA 98403. A wedding card box will also be available at the manor.

Miscellaneous

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Pavel and Tatum wish to protect the intimate space and nature of their wedding ceremony, meaning no photos or videos are taken except by the professional photographer. Guests are asked to respect this and follow an unplugged (meaning no phones or cameras) ceremony policy.

Photos taken by the photographer will be made available to guests after the wedding.

Otherwise, before and after the ceremony, guests are strongly encouraged to take photos and/or videos! You may also post any to social media.
